The author argues in a well-organized manner that Health snacks want to get a number of reports informing them about the management of the business. However, Toka foods are not willing to provide the many reports being demanded. The other underlying problem is on promotions. The management has a different perspective on promotion because there is an employee who is more suited for a promotion but company politics will not make it possible for the promotion to happen.According to the paper findings, it can, therefore, be said that both parties could have drafted a clear agreement before the initialization of the joint venture.

That means that all the management slots would have been decided initially and a formula for distributing the management slots formulated. The company should also have formulated a clear hierarchy showing the chain of commands and the reporting system for the company. That would ensure clear communication in the company (Drucker 60).It is evidently clear from the discussion that both companies should work together to solve the problem. That means that both teams should start negotiations that should be aimed at formulating a new agreement that would set up clear guidelines on the way both parties will work together.

That will mean a clear communication strategy and a clear chain of command. That will avoid any future disagreements. That will help in saving Hana.
