They have penetrated the recreation centers and as well as the bars, pubs, and the streets, (Coleman, Wright & Firth, 2012). The need for game consoles has given this parent a breathing space as the kids are now occupied with games during their leisure time, (Coleman, Wright & Firth, 2012). The parent can feel safe the kid is occupied as s/he is engaged with other developments.

As from the statistics collected in the excel sheet attached it has shown that personal computers have taken second place in terms of bigger sales volumes. There has also been a bigger growth percentage in demand for these gadgets. Currently, the world is turning digital. It has helped build seamless pathways of education that connect basic education, labor market entry, vocational training and lifelong learning, (Mintel, 2006). This has also been of great importance to reach out to those who are disadvantaged in the world, by extending access to the vital education and training that are important for personal and career growth.

It is believed that connecting skills development to the broader growth levels where employment is concerned, requires all the stakeholders including the government to work hand in hand with the social partners to build policy coherence, (Coleman, Wright & Firth, 2012). Today’s labor market plus the new technology, investment, small and medium enterprises, trade and any other factor that will bring future employment growth is the main focus in today's running governments. These calls for high premium and a very strong social dialogue, that will effectively coordinate the ministries, improve communication among the training providers and the potential employers.

A good example is the labor market that respects human rights, good labor relations, effective social protection, health and safety standards, gender equality and social dialogue. If all this are adhered to, there will be a powerful catalyst that will enable the achievement of the universal goal of having a decent workplace for all. These policies have to portray speed, trust and simplicity.
