Early Learning Center Early Learning Center Early Learning Center is an exceptional business venture that most people have not had any interest in exploiting the opportunity. This is a great idea owing to the fact that most young kids are currently left at home by most parents as they undertake on the day-today activities. With the establishment of the brand, it is believed that it will attract a sizeable number of children and the institution is determined to providing all the necessary facilities in order to take the interests of all the children’s needs.

Offering exclusive excellence in care and education is what the institution strives to attain while making a difference for kids, guardians, and the whole society. The expected early learning center will offer a cutting edge kids care alongside the preschool requirements for the working parents. This will be a privately owned and family operated kids’ learning center for the young ones aged between 3 and 6 years old (Craig 2009, p. 43). The director of the institution is dedicated to serving every child and family with a deep and specialized concern.

He must be dedicated to offering a staff of encouraged teachers who realize the personal growth transitions and skills of every child and will direct them at attaining their full potential. Behrman (2006) stated that the fact that there were many children at their hands of their nannies, implies that setting up an educational center will ensure that the idea fills this gap. Most parents in the past have wanted their children to start learning as early as two years but have not had a chance to do so.

ELC, therefore, will be taken as a perfect project to support their children’s safety andlearning, while at the same time keeping them time to address their own issues without much care on how their kids will be in the future (Casper & Theilheimer, 2009). However, although the ELC idea came at the right time, still other sector competitors may be a threat to the successes and growth of the company. A number of competitors that ELC need to be careful with are institutions offering advanced childcare from age of 6 to 9 like the Edgewood childcare center, schools with childcare facilities.

Currently, with the computer age, there are so many child programs presented that may prevent parents from taking their children to ELC and instead introduce them to such Internet child programs. Mission statementEarly Learning Center ensuresthat there is a significant difference in the lives of the young kids by working to offer distinction in early care and training. It also guarantees individual dedication to supporting every child realize their full potential. The institution endeavors to develop an energetic, involving, educational surrounding dependent on behavior codes in which everyone is considered with respect.

With that regard, the rear of minds, bodies, and spirits of kids, adopt families, motivator teachers and, in each method possible, while giving out the best to the community. ELC’s main activity is to empower the children in the society to meet their personal developmental objectives under all areas of growth: cognitive, language, physical, emotional, and social. It offers the staff and surrounding to develop maximum learning skills for every kid enrolled on the program. Its goal is to help the young ones’ wishes to be life-long learners.

ObjectivesSMART objectivesELC is a modern institution with much concentration on satisfying clients’ needs. To achieve this strategy, ELC has to ensure SMART objective are sustained throughout the organizational practices. The firm’s objectives have to be specific, implying that they have to be set to meet a given strategy. The objectives have to be measurable as compared to other educational factors that promote fast learning. ELC also strive to set up achievable objectives that gather for the needs to every student.

The goals should not be too difficult but not too simple to attain. Learners always need a target and by giving them achievable goals, they will trigger the interests for the long-learning process. Most competitors set objective not basing on the student’s capabilities. However, ELC set theirs based on individual learner scope and understanding. This way, the organization ensures uniform performance of children at all levels. Lastly, all the firm’s objectives should be attained at a given period to ensure smooth transition of learners from one level to another: objectives have to be time bound. a) Overall Business Objectives- Sales rise to nearly twice first year sales at the end of the second year- sustain a top raw gross margin at the end of first year- open second branch at the end of the first year- start franchise plans by the third year (Farquhar, 2007). b) Marketing Objectives- Make sure and control the lasting profitability of the center- Introduce scholarship fund to ensure the varied population of kids from each social and economic backgrounds may attend the ELC.

- Develop decision in relation to tuition, create and validate center regulations, establish salary outline, and authorize the budget.- Collaborate between the principal, the sponsoring representative, and the families - Market the institution to potential parents (Shapiro&Nager, 1999).c) Operations Objectives- Function jointly with representatives to make sure top quality, competitively priced kid care and every factor of the kid care delivery system - Vibrantly look for future board members to make sure board steadiness and persistence - Attend training as required (Gomez-Mejia et al., 2008, p.76).
