All these events have occurred without causing an uprising against the liberal supreme rule of law. Religious pluralism represents another strength of classical liberalism (Crowards, 1995, p, 21). This has provided the best record of non-violent religious pluralism across the earth. Christians in the US from various denominations, Muslims, Hindus, Atheists, Jews, and Buddhists live in peace as opposed to areas that apply a different form of leadership. Classical liberalism gives a chance to the people to be leading innovators and producers in the world.

Revealed and stated preference techniques belong to the discerned environmental decision-making processes, which rank individual preferences above and another element during the analysis and in the process ranking lowest the systems that escape the direct application of individual preferences. They depend on advice and opinion from professional panels, policymakers, and other stakeholder groups when these decisions among the areas analyzed include putting emphasis on individual preferences above management concepts of complicated environmental systems yet the individual has little information that sometimes is inaccurate of any merit.

According to them, this is one of the reasons informed people need to participate. It is essential to remember that at this moment, it is good to comprehend the particular role of information that informs the knowledge of individual preferences (Edwards, 1992, p. 43). Furthermore, considering the function of information in policy and assessment of damages is important. Environmental decision-making processes differ based on either professional’s point of view or the preference of individuals. The striking difference between these approaches starts with disagreements over the concept of economic value used inputs. The inputs include environmental decisions, differences in opinion on matters of moral value, foundations of applying individual preferences, and economic values as crucial ingredients of decision-making processes.

The classical liberal philosophy elaborates on particular areas being a framework for decision-making exercise pointing out that the concept of economic value is essential because it is well defined and operates on the basis that there is an opportunity cost and a trade-off. However, one of the weaknesses is that the subsequent validity is not with good motives and leads to a misconception in comprehending the nature and scope of economic value as an important component (Bateman, 1999, p. 34). Although the moral theory has an inadequate degree of welfare, it does not prohibit the application of the cost-benefit as a method of guiding the process of making environmental policy decisions. Researchers need to do a lot in availing information on environmental ecosystems to increase the value of individual preference as an important component.
