The city is listed as the second biggest in the United Arabs Emirates which serves more than 20 million commuters. The airport is largely spread over an area of more than 3,400 hectares. The gulf center for aviation studies is also found in Abu Dhabi Corporate history and background The Gulf Center for Aviation Studies institution was created in 2009 by the Abu Dhabi airports authority. The authority is tasked with the responsibility of operation five main airports in the emirates of Abu Dhabi with the intention of leading the development of the aviation industry within the United Arabs Emirates. This was done to ensure production of highly qualified aviation’s professional who will be responsible for running the airlines and airports within the region. The Gulf Center for Aviation Studies is identified as the world first international civil aviation organization that is fully licensed and also sanctioned by the aviation training institution through the overall civil aviation authority and the United Arabs Emirates and then endorsed by the f technical and vocational education training. The corporation is tasked with the responsibility of providing exceptional training programs and solutions that include aviation training that are all intended to meet the regulatory, managerial and operational needs of airlines, airports, industry stakeholders and service providers. The institution also provides lecture series and short courses that largely address the ever increasing the encounters of the competitive aviation industry. Lastly, it also provides higher education programs that are developed with the leading international institution of learning. Size and other details of the company The Gulf Centre for Aviation Studies is located in the center of Abu Dhabi city in the apron of the Albateen executive airport; the airport only serves private executive jets the makes the airport of one the most exotic training centers in the world. The company has 11 fully equipped training rooms for students as it has the best available facilities in the world. Additionally, it has three well-furnished conference and lecture rooms. Additionally, the company has breakout rooms with an advanced information technology laboratory and CBT-online learning center for distance students. For complementary purposes, the company has a recreational center, business center, resident and visiting trainer and lecture offices dining and catering facilities and a high-speed internet. The institution can be described to be one the most prestigious learning facilities in the world only about twenty minutes’ drive from Abu Dhabi International Airport and ten minutes’ drive from the business district in Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi being one of the world tourist destinations, the campus is surrounded by a number of hotels found in a short distance of the center that offer students with affordable, comfortable accommodations. Purpose and goals of the company The Abu Dhabi is situated in the center of a dynamic region which is placed in a list of the world leading aviation and airport development hence ensuring that the company is ahead of the curve. The campus is also committed to fostering an innovative culture of learning with the aim of ensuring that it upholds the highest learning and training standards within the industry. Other goals of the Gulf Centre for Aviation Studies are to deliver a better and a comprehensive range of an aviation and airport through the provision of training by the use of highly skilled and experienced training professionals. The company is also interested in the creation of a sustainable and dynamic business through the transfer of cutting-edge training solution. This is done making the institution to be the international and regional destination of many people’s choice for all the aviation and airport-related training requirements. The institution also promotes a better advanced culture of learning and superiority by directing on the needs of the customer’s stakeholders and company partners. Main projects or business activities The Gulf Centre for Aviation Studies is largely invested in the development and delivery of best training solutions with the intention of meeting the aviation needs within the middle ear and the world at large. This is done through positioning the institution in an operational airport that provides students with the high-end unique on-the-job learning experience. Due to its vast understanding of the Middle East region the institution has turned to be the world leading institution in airport development, infrastructure and air traffic growth and development, making it the most top aviation training company in the region and the world. Due to its wealth of expertise of the leading international organizations that have partnerships, the facilities facilitate the provision of superior training experiences. Organization’s culture, and values Gulf Centre for Aviation Studies organization has managed to develop a partnership and a working relationship with other world leading international training providers of aviation knowledge. Among the includes the airport council international which is abbreviated as ACI, the joint aviation authorities of Europe training organization, and the international civil aviation organization and the international air transport association (IATA). Through partnering with the said partners, the relationship ensures that the industry best practices are delivered to the regions aviation professional. This helps in making certain the business have better collective skills and knowledge base within the aviation industry as a whole. My internship objectives As an intern in one of the world aviation training institution, I will be expecting more from the organization just as the organization shall be expecting my undivided contrition. The company shall be instrumental in providing me with the necessary working skills; this will be facilitated by the top shelf facilities within the institutions. Additionally, workers in the institutions are described as among the best in the world. By interacting and working together with them will be helpful in making my skills sharper. I will interact with the decision makers through asking questions and welcoming criticism. The technical skills of running the aviation business will be compacted in the institution from interaction with the best facilities, the best trainers and other interns from different regions in the world. From my understanding, communication is the best way through which good relationship can be built. The vast and able member of staff who offers the finest international standard training will impact on my skills by making them sharp and able to move into my career. I will also create a better reference where I will be a star performer through taking task assigned to me in a serious manner. The tasks will be completed in a comprehensive way through making certain that every detail is observed and implemented. The keenness will help be to ensure I create a positive picture of my supervisor's mind, hence eligible for permanent job chance consideration. After completing my internship program in the institution, I will ensure to ask for a reference letter from my supervisor, since my performance will still be fresh in his mind, it will serve as a good job searching tool in other organizations. The institution is found in an Islamic region where, values and cultures are different from my home place, abiding and conforming to the regional cultural values goes hand in hand with the general acceptance of their way of life. It is through conformity that my adventurous nature can be satisfied as I will be able to interact with other workers, the management staffing a better and comfortable manner. To ensure effective and comprehensive learning, I will ensure to show initiative through always volunteering to perform any task that is provided and available. Am only in the internship program to learn, this can only be done through participating and taking up roles so that I may learn how best they are done, best and conducive way of making certain I achieve my internship learning and skills development objectives. My question about the organization What other chances do you provide to interns for personal and career development in the Gulf Centre for Aviation Studies organization? Conclusion The Gulf Centre for Aviation Studies institution is a world class learning institution that has the best facilities, both human and physical those are instrumental in skill development. The institution is also stationed in an area conducive to learning. Since the institution has a partnership with world best aviation learning institutions, being in Gulf Centre for Aviation Studies campus means I will be within the international standards as the institution is both regional and internationally recognized organization with a reputation for producing internationally, skilled, knowledgeable and dependable persons who are dependable in the career world. My learning objectives shall be satisfied within the campus as it will offer an avenue for me to showcase my skills and also develop them in a comprehensive manner among the finest and smartest within the aviation industry.
