Customer care: a presence of an organized customer care plan is necessary; providing services to customers efficiently related to information about produced, transaction and even about what Edward Entrepreneur is about.4. Why to trust us- Trust in literature: a well defined but brief reasons of trust have to be mention in the website, including reasons why to trust the company.

And an overlook of tutorial of the software in the website will also attract customers trust and interest both. As in ecommerce the main objective for the literature is persuade and satisfy the customer which will bring trust. (PROquest, 2011)With the objective to understand how trust is formed in commercial relational exchanges that take place within electronic environments, our review of the literature identified a number of works that provided the necessary theoretical background to aid our endeavors towards filling this gap5.

Quality of product: when a brief overlook of the tutorial will be provided on the site the customers will be able see the basic features of the software. And this will also lead people to trust the product.6. Privacy Policy : the another prior reason over which people become reluctant in trusting e commerce sites is the reason that they are not comfortable to give there private information on internet. So to make a strong privacy policy the following points are needed to be added: a. Personal information security: The personal information like full name and credit card number and codes will be kept highly confidential and will only be used for official use.b. Verified by visa: use verified by visa statement for a proof that the company is verified by visa banks and the information which customers will provide will not be missed used but will only be used for transaction of money.c. Recurring Plan Details: include recurring details in the account of the person, which will help him see the record.d. SSL certificate: Secure socket layer is an authorized protocol built specially for ecommerce.

This assures and protects personal data of the customers used in transactions. A certificate of SSL will completely assure the customers to rely over the site. (TechGenix Ltd., 2011)The site with SSL certificate will ensure the customers that their information provided for transaction with SSL technology will be encrypted during online transaction and with other detailed steps; which will make their all information completely confidential and safe.e. Public Key Infrastructure (PKI): with PKI security architecture which will provide secures exchange of information on internet.

In privacy policy a brief guide to what PKI is will help the customer to build trust over the company. Such as encryption of the date, digital signatures, public and private keys etc. When a customer will read strong criteria’s of policy of the company, it makes him believe that the company is genuine and he can trust the company. (Gerberick, The Keys to PKI )f. Marketing strategies: marketing of the company over internet, through Google ads etc will promote site which will attract audience.

Collecting Revenue:Through following ways the company can receive safe transaction of money.1. Credit cards: with an authentic certificate of SSL and verification with Visa, the company can receive online transaction through both payment gateway and offline POS terminal.2. PayPal: PayPal which is widely used and authentic ecommerce business transaction payment technique. It’s only safe but fast way of transaction money safely.3. Cash on delivery: the other reliable way to get money safely from customer is to collect money from the customer when the product is delivered.
