In the present day in order to sustain in this competitive business world, the P&G have to adapt a strategy from which they can achieve their goal to compete with other companies in Japan. On the other hand, in recital with defining marketing strategy they must have well defined methodology for every day process of implementing it.

The SK-II Globalization Project in Japan can apply the market penetration strategy for their growth. The market is much attractive as well as the organization is quite strong. So, they can invest their best resources in support of their offering. They can also use cost leadership policy for their market penetration strategy.
