For example, the core responsibilities of an executive should not be delegated.  This includes the area in which you are of much value to an organization. Additionally, tasks which have confidential matters should not be delegated. This will enable the secrets of an organization not to fall in the wrong hands. Delegation need not to be done when the task is critical or when the task has potential damage.
