The work highlights the sexuality personalities of various individuals in the society, and identifies the two most formal genders, male and female. In addition to that, explains the various transsexual genders. The study material explains sexual orientations and preferences, which depict one as gay, asexual, bisexual or straight. These sexual orientations define the sexual preferences one experiences. Sexual preferences reveal what turns an individual on for sexual desires.

In addition to that, the art of lovemaking takes center stage in this study and the roles of each gender in the session of lovemaking. Societies take these subjects to be evil and satanic manifestations but it is necessary that knowledge about these issues is available for reference. This allows for proper differentiation among these issues and a comprehensive understanding of the roles of each individual.

It is evident in the society that common sexual orientation terminologies are controversial in most cases. Among the terms used is homophobia, which is a term used to explain the prejudice against homosexuality, gay and lesbianism. The work suggests that usage of the term antigay is more appropriate in that homophobia relates to fear against homosexuality instead of instilling a thought. For that reason, GLAAD newsletter highlights that anti-gay activists use the term homosexual to mean people attracted to the same sex persons are mentally ill.

From my perspective, homosexuality creates disharmony in the inner part of an individual. This is why most gay feel awkward to be identified as mister or sir. The homosexual community feels indebted to come up with good terminologies to describe themselves. This is the wide spectrum brought out in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) community. The community intends to introduce terminologies, which can refer effectively to any individual in that category, and this is beneficial in their push towards acceptance in the wider society.
