Vision Improving the quality of lives through community support Values The core values include accountability, community participation, integrity, human right promotional-innovation, integrity, gender equity, sustainability, diversity. Objectives The main objective is to reach as many disabled people as possible, support them financially through job creation, help the in the transport sector, and promote a healthy relationship and creation of a strong social network. Business analysis The organization will seek financial support from a number of non-governmental organizations, from the community-based organizations, volunteers and also from the state. The organization will also seek the support of the disability service providers who will be in a position to help the organization to evaluate how they will offer the services to the people with disability. They will also enlighten the organization on whether it will meet the demands that the people with disabilities are seeking (Noe et al. 2006). The organization has a budgeted for $ 200,000 to support running the entire support program. It is also aiming to raise about $ 150,000 from the NGOs and the community-based organizations, the state and from volunteers and well-wishers. The money will be used to improve the living standards of the physically challenged. This will be done by supporting their small businesses, supporting their health bills, paying off their school fees, and basically to support them in order to afford their basic needs such as; clothes, shelter, and food. The money will also support their means of transport (Wehman, 2006). Organizational management Manager and assistant manager For the organization to run smoothly it will be managed by a program manager, who will coordinate all the organizational programs. The SWOT analysis Strengths; The organization has a number of strengths that will favor it’s the success. The presence of a number of institutions that is willing to offer financial support. This will ensure that the organization will be in a position to raise the target amount of money to meet its objectives. Examples of such institutions include Bowen Flex Care, community living Australia, Autism Association of Western Australia. These are just a few of the institutions which have shown their interest to support our organization (Carter et al. 2010) The other strength is the community goodwill to participate in the support of the people with disabilities. This will ensure that the organization will access cheaper sources of human capital. There are many volunteers available in the support of the organization. The availability of medical experts, the legal authority will be an added advantage to the organization. The state will also offer its support by allocating some funds to the organizations which support people with disabilities. It also offers medical, supported by assigning several medical practitioners to the organization. The state has also set some policies which will ensure that the physically challenged are in a position to secure job opportunities. By employment opportunities, it implies that the families of those who are disabled have a lesser task in the care of the physically challenged. Weaknesses The organization has no enough resources to cater for all the people with disabilities. The other weakness is that there are few people who still feel that the disabled are unskilled; they view them as incapable of performing in their job opportunities. This view denies the physically challenged a chance to secure job opportunities. Some people generally view the physically challenged as patients and deny them to participate in the decision making. The other challenge is the high level of unemployment in the country. This leads to the general public affording little financial support thus the organization may not meet its objectives. Opportunities The availability of other organizations which are willing to support the needy in the society can partner with this organization. This would ensure that there is a maximum support to the people. Such institutions would offer scholarship, medical and health care, support them with the basic needs such as food, shelter, and clothing. They would also offer training programs to the caregivers, to family members, and to the participant community members on the care and support of the people with disabilities. Threats The major threat in the management of the organization would be the poor allocation of resource and unaccountability. The organization has therefore installed accounting software that will enable the business to be transparent and accountable. Poor means of communication would contribute to the failure of the business in the realization of their objectives. The business has therefore instituted a communication channel that will ensure delivery of information. It also liaises with the national radio, television and print media to deliver their information country wide. Conclusion The organization will is meant to help the disabled to meet their dreams in life. With the help of the social workers, the volunteers, and the community the people with disabilities will be in a position to access job opportunities, health care, education and also participation in the decision making. The innovative community participation will improve the living standards of the people with disabilities; they will provide accessible public transport system which will enable they reduce the cost of transport, providing accessible and sustainable health care. There is an economic benefit that will arise as a result of community participation. The organization has a number of strengths that will enable it to achieve its objectives. Among the strengths is the availability of experts in different fields, the presence of social workers who are willing to support the organization.
