Extrinsic motivations in the other hand are the motivations that in brought about by the fact that when an activity is conducted, some separable outcome is achieved (Wu & Lu, 2013). Extrinsic motivations require reward systems in which the individuals are motivated to work, as they know they will attain rewards of some sorts after carrying out some activities. Extrinsic motivators in Google involve such elements as salary, bonuses, acknowledgments, and praise among others.There are a number of media methods that can be used within an organization to reinforce motivation.

The popularity and the influx of electronic media applications have allowed organizations the opportunity to utilize social media such and volitional messages in enhancing the working experience of the employees. As a result, employee-employer interactions can be more satisfying, personal and relevant in meeting the personal and organizational goals.
