PROJECT ON PIPELINE PILOT. Sustainability will be integrated through the combination of the various methods and the techniques to enhance the correct approach of the project. Sustainability integration is very important and is also very necessary for any project to hold. The project that will be discussed here concerns the pipeline pilot project. Pipeline Pilot has its definition as a scientific visual and dataflow programming language which is used in various scientific domains, such as cheminformatics. Based on the project sustainability will be integrated on areas concerning the environment, technology, the stakeholders and also on the training of the employees. Ways of negotiating with the stakeholders to establish the extent to which the sustainability is to be integrated: 1. Making Preparations. Preparation is essential before entering into any negotiations. The stakeholders must be alerted in advance concerning the issues at hand for there to be effective integration. 2. Talking about the Negotiation areas. In this stage both parties lay out the outcomes they are expecting. The stage of discussion of the negotiations contains important exchanges of information about the needs of each side. It is crucial not to end this out very soon, or to include in the other party, since the other party has little room for making decisions out of the negotiations before moving to the next step. 3. Suggesting and the Bargaining. During this stage the individual negotiation skills are crucial. Key points which are clear are active listening, communication, a the feeling to differentiate people and the characters from the negotiation subject, and a desire to look for outcomes that can satisfy the interests of all parties. 4. The Closing section. After an agreement has been met, it is very crucial to be certain that it can be put in place by every party. The terms of the agreement require to be done in writing, but rushing to sig may be not be appropriate. Each party will require to ratify the agreement the representatives of workers need to acquire an agreement from the work force, and the agency for implementation may need the approval of the privatization agencies. The technologies applicable to the pipeline pilot project: In the field of cheminformatics, two solutions have been developed for executing and capturing Of the procedures, the processing of the entire data puts in real time through the use of workflows and pipelines. The Pipeline pilot also utilizes a powerful engine that pipelines data and executes the procedures of data processing which are developed within the Pipeline Pilot graphical authorizing environment. Through this the Pipeline pilot enhances standardization, development and the automation of the scientific management of data, the analysis and finally reporting. Solutions to achieve reduction in the power consumption: 1. Efficient and the rational use of the available energy resources; 2. Support and energy saving techniques and the energy improvement efficiency; 3.The consistency and the integrated approach to the implementation of actions for energy saving and energy efficiency improvement; 4. Planning of how to save energy and improve the energy efficiency. 5.Use of energy resources with an allowance for the resource, industrial and technological, ecological, and social condition. 6. The changes that can result in reduced environmental impact: 7. Collection of information concerning the local environment for the planning of construction and identification of appropriate measures to mitigate the potentially adverse effects and the sensitive features of the environment. 8. Conducting some field studies by assessing of the heritage resources, wetlands, wildlife, soil, vegetation and the aquatic habitats. 9. Prevention of Air Pollution. This is through the use of gas filters to minimize the pollution. 10. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emissions reduction. 11. Reduction of waste. 12. Preventing Leaks of Pit-Wastewater and Crude Oil. 13. Regulatory Leak Reports (Pit-Wastewater and Crude Oil) 14. The Natural Gas Pipeline Maintenance and Management 15. Use of Steel Pipes with High Tensile Strength. 16. Use of Anticorrosion Technologies 17. The Monitoring System The innovative plans to be incorporated: Investing in the Employees Includes typically investing in the training programs as the ones mentioned above and the development of careers. The Innovative planning puts together individual professional goals with the ones focusing on the achievievement that employees tackle projects more efficiently And effectively, thus resulting in benefiting the company. The employees also achieve fame in the company for having acquired an individual credential and also they gain a positive recommendation. Fostering Creativity The innovative planning includes the act of permitting the employees to involve in risk taking. When the organization aims at streamlining operations, reduce product errors and eliminate waste, employees need enough time to thoroughly analyze policies, processes and procedures. Business personnel trained in using quality management techniques such as the Six Sigma methodology assess work flow using tools such business process mapping and root cause analysis. By sustaining a broad Workforce As the aged retire, companies need to make sure that there is a person to support the duties of the business. Organizations with the aim of ensuring long run prosperity develop plans to recruit, hire after their interviews thus retaining the best of the best employees for that work at hand. Through the introduction of comprehensive programs by use of inventive ways, example the social Medias, the employers look out for the competent employees and attract talent to solve problems concerning business. Ways of shareholder Collaboration Globalization process, the demographic changes, styles of work and social media use affect the work of everyone. An Innovative plan to support a long-time workforce needs a very keen planning to avoid the burnout in a world filled by overload of information. Efficient leaders see the need of exchanging talks with the suppliers and customers to achieve efficient aspects that favor everyone sinc stakeholders are the most important for every company to remain firm and strong enough for the market position. The stakeholders will also develop new ideas on ways that the project can minimize the environmental pollution leading to a conducive environment for working in. What are the potential energy savings? According to my project, there is a very efficient energy saving potential and the project will save energy up to 95% thus it will be so efficient to use. This is through the areas which were mentioned above which some include: 1. Efficient and the rational use of the available energy resources; 2. Support and energy saving techniques and the energy improvement efficiency; 3. The consistent and the integrated approach to the implementation of actions for energy saving and energy efficiency improvement; 4. Planning on how to save energy and improve the energy efficiency. 5. The Use of energy resources with an allowance for the resource, industrial and technological, ecological, and social condition. The energy saved may be used later in completing the project thus rendering the project most useful and more effective. Energy saving is the most necessary aspect of a project and should be looked into with a very great concern. In a 2006 report by the McKinsey Global Institute, said that there are sufficient economically viable opportunities for energy-productivity improvements that could keep global energy-demand growth at less than 1 percent per annum. The energy productivity which determines the output of goods and services quality per energy input can be acquired from the reduction of the energy amount needed in production or from adding up the the quality and quantity of goods from the previous energy amount. The Vienna Climate Change Talks 2007 Report, under the auspices of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), clearly states that energy efficiency can achieve real emission reductions at low cost. The estimated CO2 emissions are as follows: The project will have a low emission rate and will be more effective to use and will also be most reliable and efficient to use since it will be so environmental friendly through the conservation of the atmosphere. Although the emissions may be high at the introduction of the project it will be minimized with time as the implementation of the project continues. The CO2 emissions appear mostly from the process of production. Although the emissions cannot be fully deleted minimization can be done. Some of the ways that the emissions can be minimized are through: 1. Use of filters to trap the emissions and cleaning the fumes to enhance release of air free off CO2 2. Recycling process. This is a very important aspect of minimizing the emissions and is effectively when applied to the project. As compared to other benchmarks the estimated CO2 emissions of the project is relatively lower. The emissions will be reduced as much as possible through the above mentioned ways of minimizing the emissions. The Recommendations. The should be a continuous use of smoke filters to filter the CO2 in the atmosphere to ensure environmental management. The act of recycling should be done regularly to ensure efficient utilization of resources and also to ensure reduction of waste. REFERENCE LIST. 1. Steve Lohr (November 29, 2006).
